Eminent Commander (EC) – the Presiding Officer – equivalent to the Worshipful Master.
Generalissimo (G) – assist the Commander in the duties of his office and in his absence to preside over the Commandery.
Captain of the Guard (CG) – see that due preparation is made for conclaves of the Commandery, that the asylum is in suitable array for the instruction of candidates and the dispatch of business.
Excellent Prelate (P) – similar to a Chaplain. Has parts in opening and all three Orders.
Recorder (R) – the Secretary.
Treasurer (T)
Senior Warden (SW) – with the Junior Warden sees that all Conclave attendees are Knights Templar. Similar to the Senior Deacon during Orders.
Junior Warden (JW) – with the Senior Warden sees that all Conclave attendees are Knights Templar.
Warder (W) – similar to the Junior Deacon, part of the color guard during openings.
Standard Bearer (Std B) – calls out orders for color guard during openings.
Sword Bearer (Sw B) – carriers the United States flag during openings.
Sentinel (Sent) – similar to the Tyler.
Guards 1-3 (G1-G3) – have no specific parts during openings.
