The Libation Service used for the Order of the Temple.

Made by the Hartford Silver Plate Co. in Hartford, Connecticut. This is likely from 1891 or slightly later. According to the “History of Maryland Commandery”, it lists a “Libation Service, totally destroyed” in the list of items damaged or destroyed in the December 25, 1890 fire.
